Lankarullat järjestykseen - organisize the sewing machine thread

Nonni. Ihme vaatekaappi. Ensimmäisen hallayön jälkeen yrität pukea jotain lämpimämpää ylle, niin kaikki kaapista löytyvät vaatteet ovat kutistuneet tauon aikana. Vai ovatko nää vaatteet alkaneet nälkälakkoon, koska ne on vangittu pieneen, ahtaaseen sellinomaiseen tilaan? Pitkään epäilin alati pienenevien kledjujen syypääksi pyykinpesukonetta, mutta ongelma pysyi, vaikka vaihdoin pesukoneen🙄.

Ei auta muuta ku ruveta tietöihin ja tehdä leveäkaistatie ongelma-alueelle; miekkasuikaleita vyötärölle ja lantiolle ja taas ollaan valmiita taisteluun.

Ompelukone odottaa valmiina urakan alkamista, mutta  ompelulankalaatikossa on käynyt myrsky. Joku on sekoittanut paketin niin, että lankarullat ovat ihan sikin sokin. Ei mitään järjestystä! Mun organisoitu mieleni ei pysty aloittamaan ompelemista ennekuin langat on saatu siististi ja symmetrisesti paikoilleen.

Arjessani on sekaisin olevien ompelulankojen lisäksi toinenkin ongelma (kelaa, miten vähällä pääsen- vain kaksi ongelmaa😆) ja se on kirjat. Mielestäni olen antanut jo paljon kirjoja eteenpäin ja silti niitä vain aina löytyy jostain lisää. Ja niitähän ei voi vain heittää pois. Niitä ehkä vielä tarvitsee joku päivä🤦‍♀️. 

Nyt se ylijäämäkirjojen joku päivä tuli vastaan. Kahdesta arjen ongelmasta voisi tehdä yhden toimivan ratkaisun. Valitsin paksun, kovakantisen kirjan ja liimasin kannet ja sivut yhteen. Painon alla kirjasta tuli tiivis paketti työstöä varten. Porasin symmetrisen epäsymmetrisesti reikiä kanteen ja upotin tikut liimalla reikiin. Päälle ruiskaus maalia ja ta-daa; ompelulankateline on valmis. No joo, myönnän. Lankojahan on hamstraajalla vähän enemmän kuin yhden kirjan verran🤣. Nyt ei muuta ku kone surraamaan ja sakset siksattamaan kun langat on saatu järjestykseen. 

 

Muutama hyvä vinkki jäi työstöstä sullekin. 

1) Älä valitse kirjaa, jonka joku vielä haluaisi lukea.

2) Huomioi tehdessäsi, että ompelulankarullat ovat hyvinkin erikokoisia, eripituisia ja erileveisiä. Tämä tulee huomioida reikiä poratessa ja tikkuja vuollessa.

3) Saa näitä kaupasta valmiinakin, joten älä nyt osta kirjaa, liimaa, poraa, maalia ja lankarullia tämän tehdäksesi. 

Tiiäthän, ettei askartelu ole tarkoitettu vain lapsille sorminäppäryyden kehittämiseksi. Tällaiselle ikääntyneen immeisen jäykistyneelle keholle ja mielelle on hyvinkin terapeuttista sukeltaa välillä liimojen ja maalien sekaan. Kokeileppa ite🙋‍♀️

OMG. My miraculous wardrobe for clothes. After first cold night I tried to dress something warm on me and what has happened? All my clothes have shrunk in the wardbrode. All my clothes are small. Maybe they have gone hunger strike because all the clothes have  been closed to one small place like prison? There was a time when I thought that my washing machine is guilty. But the "shrunk" problem didn't go away even I changed washer🙄.

Now I have to do some work with the road. Few passing lane to the problem area; fabrik strip to the waistline and middle and then we are ready to fight again. 

Sewing machine is ready. But oh nou. There have been storm in my sewing machine thread box. Someone have mess up the box so every reels are here and there. There is no order at all!  My mind is so systematicall that I can't start before those threds are in order, systematically all in own places.

There is another problem in my casual days besides the mixed cotton (think about it, how easy is be me; only two problems😆) and that are books. In my opinion I have given all the books away and still I found new books somewhere at my home. As you know, I just can't throw books - or anything- to the robbish. Someday I might will need that books🤦‍♀️. 

Now that day has come. 

Two problems can combine into the one workable solution. I chose thick book with hard cover and put pages together with glue. Then I bored holes to the cover and put the sticks in the holes with glue. Then some paint all over and ta-daa; sewing machine thread holer is ready.  Now I can start sewing. Okey, I admit. Hamster have few more cotton then one book can fit 🤣.

 

I have few clue to you; 

1) Don't choose the book that someone want to read.

2) Please notice, that sewing thread spools are very different sizes. That you should notice, when you make the holes and sticks.

3) You can buy the sewing machine thread holer from the shop. So don't buy glue, books, paint, borer and sticks just to do like me.

Do you know that all kind of doing with hands is not only childrens hobby. All that kind of hobby is very good theraphy to older and invalid human body and mind like me. Try it yourself🙋‍♀️
